Expand: A Spiritual Mentorship

Receiving spiritual guidance has undoubtedly created the most powerful movement of transformative energy in my life. I began studying my life path with a mentor over 7 years ago and as a result, have journeyed into a powerful space of spiritual freedom. This freedom came with both continued guidance and many challenging practices that empowered me to understand and heal my own life's path and purpose. It is a freedom that is available to anyone, with simple yet powerful shifts of perspective, intentional actions and commitment. Through a dedicated practice of observation, contemplation and action toward your purpose, there is great potential to better understand your unique life path and infinitely expand your awareness. 

I have spent over 15 years studying metaphysics of different kinds and wholeheartedly believe that knowledge is power, and wisdom is a gift to be shared! It is with this intention that my offering was created. EXPAND is a mentorship in the form of a monthly spiritual check-in. The purpose is to review the potential of expansion in the various areas of your life: spiritually, mentally, emotionally & physically. We connect monthly on a one hour call to explore a deeper understanding of what your life is trying to teach you. This is a space to explore, imagine and create! 

EXPAND is a spiritual mentorship of understanding, accountability and practice. During the mentorship, we will address the areas that feel stuck in your life and determine what is needed to overcome your challenges. Together we respond to the need of the moment, setting realistic spiritual goals for the near and far future. It is a mentorship that has no pressure and moves at a pace that feels right for you. 

My intention is to help create powerful shifts in your life... expansion! A minimum one year commitment is required. The sessions can be recorded, if requested and note taking is recommended. Various practices, studies and (spiritual) homework will be given throughout the year, based on the need. Join me on a journey of healing and expansion of awareness!
