My Story

Laura is a truth seeker with a passion for healing. Holistic health, wellness and movement have been a part of her life for over 20 years, but it was the art of yoga that first awakened her to a tangible practice of self-healing. Years of exploration through yoga and a wide variety of spiritual practices later, she is now offering a powerful blend of therapies to build the bridge for others to find their own path to self-healing. 

Today, Laura's offerings include a combination of therapies, healings and practices she has gathered along the way that have worked for her. These are therapies that will give you the tools and information you need to understand yourself and your path in a deeper way, helping you to trust in the perfection of life, gaining wisdom, purpose and a deeper understanding of yourself every step of the way.

Laura's journey began in Southern California, where she was born and raised in the early 1980s. Her studies of metaphysics started over 20 years ago, when she sampled various mystical and supernatural practitioners, turned authors. The idea of connecting to wisdom from outside of this planet has always been fascinating to her! 

Shortly after, she was introduced to the practice of yoga as a medicine to treat her chronic back pain. With patience and dedication, the practice of yoga not only helped keep her spine aligned but also left her with a unique sense of connection & inner peace. It was pure magic and her first conscious manifestation of self-healing.

From that moment on, she was determined to share the healing practice that had unlocked so much peace and personal freedom for her. In 2009, she received her yoga teacher certification at  YogaWorks Studios in Newport Beach, CA. She spent the next 10 years living, practicing and teaching abroad in both Costa Rica and Southern Germany, before returning to Southern California to offer her teachings and guidance to the people of her hometown, in January of 2020. Over 25 years of yoga practice has only proved to her how powerfully transformational yoga is!

Laura's yoga sessions are designed to help realign the body, mind and spirit. She believes we all have the ability to achieve our perfect, divine form and is honored and privileged to guide each one of her students on their unique path to freedom. 

In 2020, Laura was guided to explore Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT), was certified as a Level 2 practitioner in 2021 and has guided hundreds of highly transformative sessions to date. She continues to study and read Dolores' fascinating books, with the hopes of completing all 19 of them!

A forever student, Laura dedicates her time to studying metaphysical content not only with Dolores, but also with a wide variety of masters. She is currently focusing on gaining a deeper knowledge of holistic living, natural/plant medicine, Indigenous ancestral medicine, ancestral healing practices, Eastern medicine, all kinds of philosophy and truth. 

 
Laura was born to be of service, to help and to heal -- a journey preceded by countless mistakes and successes in the deep exploration of her own healing. Engaging in these powerful healing practices not only contributes to your own healing, but also to the healing of humanity as a whole. She offers a perfect combination for manifesting miracles!
